November's meeting was a photo competition restricted to "Water in any form." We had a good turnout of about twenty people, including the three judges. But this was a new and different competition, featuring BOTH slides and digital images. Mark Southard worked the digital projector and images (with shouts of what buttons to press from some members of the audience). Meanwhile, Ann Maksymiec and Bill Ditman dealt with slides, even as the visually impaired Bill Burger projected. It all worked out in the end, and we learned a lot from the judges' commentaries. Future competitions should run more smoothly as we learn how to incorporate the digital images more effectively.
